I’m finally catching up on some of my blogs here, sometimes its easy to get so wrapped up in sessions that I forget to take the time to share my work that I love so much. This sweet little guy was amazing to work with, he already had an adorable little personality, I can’t wait to see him grow into an incredible human being.
I love the little outfit this family brought, he looked so adorable. I do normally supply everything needed, but you’re always welcome to bring anything you like to your session as well. It’s the special touches that help make some of the magic 🙂

We’re so excited to announce our Indoor Easter Mini sessions! We designed a sweet and simple set this year with lots of greenery, bunnies and chicks 🙂 Lets be honest, it was a really long winter, we wanted to capture a wee bit of spring in our set with beautiful green plants and lavender. 🐰
This set is perfect to capture your little ones all dressed up for Easter, wearing cute little outfits or even a mini sitter session.

This beautiful set was designed for a special sweet little girl turning 1! It definitely is one of my favourite sets, light and airy, pretty pinks and a wood look floor. I think I might have to offer mini sessions with it in the near future 🙂 Here are a couple images from her Cake Smash! It was a big hit…and so much fun!! 🙂

Whether you choose a Posed Newborn session or a Lifestyle Newborn session, I try my best to capture all the little details of your sweet baby. Close ups of their little hands and feet are some of my favourite images and super cute 🙂
When to book your newborn session?
As soon as possible! I have a certain number of newborn sessions I take per month, so booking early guarantee’s your spot and I use your due date to schedule you in. Once you have your baby and are home comfortable, just send me a message and we’ll setup your session date/time.

Easter Mini-Sessions – Postponed until further notice 🐰🥕
Thank you so much for all of your inquiries and interest in our Easter mini sessions and sessions in general. I thought I’d just send out a wee post here to address any further questions/concerns.
In response to the latest information provided from the Government regarding the Coronavirus, we had made the hard decision to close the studio mid-last week. Now with the announcement today of all non-essential businesses to close, we are postponing all sessions for at least the next couple of weeks and as information unfolds we will gain a better understanding of when we’ll reopen and will keep in touch. The safety and well being of our clients is always top priority for us especially when I work closely with pregnant women, precious little newborns and small children.💕
If we have already completed your session and you are awaiting your gallery of images, please know that these are still being worked on and will be sent out shortly. I continue to work on editing from the comfort of my home.
If you have an upcoming session, you’ll receive an email in the next couple of days to discuss options for postponement.
I hope you all stay healthy, safe and at peace during this hectic time. Take this time to take walks, learn a new skill or language, do something that you have always put off because you never had enough time. COVID-19 will definitely test our patience and resilience!

We hope you’ve had a wonderful holiday season filled with all the people you love! Thank you so much for choosing Stonetree Photography in 2019! This set was so much fun to put together. There are a few different ways you can go about doing a wild one theme, our favourite is kind of a mix of the ‘Lumber Jack’ Theme (i.e. buffalo plaid everywhere :)) and the wild outdoors with bears, moose and a wee tent.
We also love this one when a little campfire is added…fake of course 🙂 There are great felted options out there, or premade sets from different vendors we love.
This little one year olds birthday session was a fun mix from the Wild One theme and a Fall setup as well.
